Home - Misc.: Honda Civic GX
This natural-gas-powered compact car held the title of "cleanest-running internal-combustion-engine vehicle ever tested by the EPA" since it was introduced in 1998. Originally the Civic GX was marketed only to fleets, though motivated individuals could get their hands on them, as I did with my natural-gas vehicles; as of early 2005, though, Honda started to market the vehicle to consumers, a first for any automaker. The "GX" designation was dropped sometime in the 2010s, and the car was discontinued after the 2015 model year.
